The holidays can be a hard time for those who are away from home to get help with their OCD. Something as simple as a card and a message from the heart can make a huge difference. Join @riseocdandanxiety and OCD Louisiana tomorrow, Monday, November 18 to create fun and inspiring cards for the holidays! Through this initiative, developed by @iocdf and @notalonenotes, these cards will be sent to children, adolescents, and adults who are receiving treatment for OCD and related disorders away from home over the holiday season.
